  • All the new projects....

Something must be going on. It seems like every time I come in recently, someone here is acquiring a new, awesome project car! Just off the top of my head: Brutus the wrecker-cousin of Goliath, a bitchin '59 El Camino, a '65 Lemans, a CVPI with track trophies already, a '49 Chevy (we hope), a few go-fast for $5k cars...

You guys are making me jealous!
1967 Chevelle 300 2 Door Post. No factory options. 250 ci inline six with lump-ported head, big valves, Offy intake and 500cfm Edelbrock carb.

So join in, find a cheap heap and build it on a threadbare shoestring budget.

The 65 LeMans is a parts car for the current GTO project, but its too nice to part out so it will just donate a few small items then become a fun toy/cruiser for me.

Methiks that would be a negative probability. No such thing as completed car project. Certainly not around here.

There are completed stages of projects - but projects are never complete....
There's always something new to learn.

Unless they are intended to remain incomplete, then they are done.

If i see something nearly finished,im sure i will break something soon. You cant drive it like you stole it,and then say you are finished.

What's this 'finished' you talk about?
I thought only paint could be used as finish, or was it vanish?

First time I've had a project worthy car in years, I'm pumped!
                          I'm probably wrong
