I have good upper body burst strength, but my push up/pull up strength fades after about 70 push ups and 10 "perfect" dead hang pull ups. Swimming is my current weak area. I can swim 25-30 meters underwater without surfacing, but on the surface I can't maintain more than maybe 5-10 minutes of swimming. Of course I only swim about 5 times a year now. I plan on trying to take swimming lessons as a class up here so I can learn to swim right and hopefully develop the necessary ability to do that.
    These guys are having fun...

And I never learned the 'egg-beater' technique, but I can say I've seen dudes do it EFFORTLESSLY, with no hands, and their shoulders are practically out of the water. Me? I sink. Like a used Optima.

Yes, I'm a CarJunkie... How many times would YOU rebuild the same engine before getting a crate motor?

one of my guys just went CCT, he said the key is learning how to swim. There is a method they use...its really neat to watch...when I get in the water I look like a drowning rat...these guys hit the water and its like watching a lab in the water...effortless and smooth..
