That's an odd marriage of engine and car. Nice installation.

It's really no different than trying to glue them back on after she has her way.

I like the LS1 installation in the Corvair on drag week, and I hate LSx's looks. Maybe that's where the original Corvair engine went?

I didn't get the volume turned up until he said something about it, I knew what those air cleaners were from. Neat use. I'm not sure I'd do this conversion, but I still kinda like it in some jacked up wierdo sort of way.

I didn't really care for the cord swap but I was sucked in with the other stuff in the video and thee other links. really liked the mid engined sbc corvair. One is on my bucket list.

I'd do a rev rot, and slap it in the ten geared sube...no modify to an oem power.

I was looking at the tiny porsche 6 engine of old at first, they need a second mortgage for glory unknown to real mechanics.

I was glad to see the vid.

I wonder how much that car weighs compared to the Corvair the motor came out of?

              Wondering that myself...
How much power/torque did the stocker have?

Kinda thought it'd be cool to have a corvair motor up front of a T-bucket with no radiator up there.. But they rotate the wrong way...
