Those are MY taxpayer dollars (and yours) there on the pavement. I know the servicemen and women need to blow off a little steam but I'd have lost my Government job for behavior not even approaching this. I'll admit it's fun to watch but we can't gripe about our tax bill and approve of this sort of thing.
