dealer ads in the "by owner" section make we want to write a flagging macro.
no contact information
people who don't delete their ads when it's sold
people who call and ask if it's still for sale
people who never respond
overposting programs (same thing 87 times, multiple sections)
keyword whores
On the other hand, I've gotten a few more good deals than the few flake jobs I've tried to work with.
