      and good carbs......but trying to split some of them will tear your thumbnails up.........still worth it!

          When I was in Turkey we could go down to the Turkish BX and get a 6 pound bag for something like 5 bucks. Love me some Pistachios.

                  I buy mine at Walgreen's (their "Nice" Brand) already shelled, I forget the price but cheaper then most Grocery Stores.
