  • CL Deal of the Day

Stumbled over this today...I think this is steal at this price...

That's really not a bad deal, cool car. That's one of those cars you just clean up a little and drive.

Sort of like the two cars I already own.Click image for larger version

Looks like the LF fender was repainted but that can be fixed without a major effort. Very cool old car.

upgraded tranny, that solenoid looks like a fords on the firewall.

I bet they gained nice regulation. Body stayed nice.

That fender looks to be off a different car altogether, or it's covered in bondo. The fender line doesn't line up with the door.

It's the under hood wiring that looks a bit scary.

Nothing that would run me off from this as a potential project. Looks like the Chevy version of NASBackyard's Olds.

I will add this one. '66 Cutlass with 455. I kind of like the patina.

One more. Sorry, Joe. This one might hurt.

                That one needs some TLC...

That's a neat old car and the "patina" (or as I call it "failed paint") is just a spray job away from being all better. High probability that the TH400 needs a front bushing and seal but that's pretty standard and not TOO big a deal to fix, either.

I have other fish to fry but I wouldn't mind if this one fell in my lap.
