      Bob the wife and I were just talking about heading up that way as neither of us have ever been to the northwest before. I have a few friends that live up in the Eugene/Portland area. When it happens I'll make sure to swing into Dallas and ask around.

              It's a tradition... I'm surprised it took that long. I'm heckling John a little because of the drama and taking this shit and anything anyone says so seriously. I see both sides of this squabble, and figure the best way to deal with it is to change the subject. That's also why I said the other day I would probably be locking stuff if I was a mod. I've heard "I'm not gonna "just let it go" " too many times in my life already and watched a few too many folks flame out.

              I did get told by my boss boss boss in '92 at work after a worldwide flame fest that "all attention is not good attention" to which my response was "Well, at least they know my name now." It only cost me half a point on my review and six months for the dust to settle.

              Of course, as part of that conversation I was told that my program manager nemesis was remodelling her bathroom so that was excusable behavior on her part. Life's not fair is it? Let's move on.

              Perhaps a good place to move on to would be a Thunderbird Build Thread. All this NCRC is making my butt itch.

                        reserving group hug and congrats status until the commitment is maintained more than 5 minutes. Half you high fivers wouldn't give TC the same love when he says he's going to build a 5-second drag car that runs 300 in the standing mile.
