As long as I make there I plain on camping every night at the tracks. Last year there was a couple of us at the tracks.

I had thought about it, but then thought about having a girl with me. Even though she is awesome and will camp with me, it's gonna be warm. She sayss "You'll be happier with a/c and a bed" ... uh, yeah, I know what that means. We'll see. I haven't booked rooms in Memphis, or the return days in OK. May be camping without meaning to! I spoke to her about it today, there will be a tent in the back of the car just in case.

Ennis did a "no refund" on the credit card so that one's out. I'll be sleeping in a/c there. It's cooling down a little at night finally, it may be decent. I'd plan on mid-upper 70's at night hot but take a blanket just in case. A 40* bag is too much.

Tulsa has RV hookups so I imagine you would be OK.

If the fuel cost between your other tow rig and the RV aren't significant - you'll save the $$ on hotels, sounds like a winner of an idea to me.

Fuel mileage is about 10 with either one, diesel will cost more but can save $250-300 bucks in hotel costs. hmmm

come to think of it - since we have no idea when we will be leaving on Friday - we are playing our friday night layover by ear.

I think Shawn is planning on leaving Saturday morning and doing all 900+ miles on Saturday

FWIW, after the aerial spraying campaign, "THEM" decided that mosquito traps collected this week were 0 for 5 with West Nile v. 4 for 5 with previous weeks testing.

Sounds trumped up to me, but theres the Dallas propoganda report.
