  • Look out for the Limey!

    Hi,

I'm really looking forward to doing the long haul this year I live in London, England where I drive a '67 Camaro RS:

Unfortunatley I can't bring my car over to the USA with me so the organisers have kindly agreed that I can use a rental car to do the tour.

I'm really looking forward to meeting you guys on the tour and will be covering the event for a magazine publishers here in the UK. I'll be putting daily updates on my blog as I go, there will be loads of photos as I'm primarily a photographer. I'm pretty active at shows and events in the UK and work with magazines such as Classic Amaerican and Custom Car.

My wife will be travelling with me, we will be spending a day in Chicago before the start and flying back from Atlanta on Sunday 14th June.

    Bring on the tour!

    Nick

Thanks for the welcome guys :D

You can wear your Chelsea shirt, I don't really do football, the matches are on the same day as the car shows and cars win every time!

Two of us, who are the other Brits? ???

Well I am old and can't remember his given name but he goes by "The Chief" which perhaps is related to his obsession with Pontiacs or maybe because he thinks he is the boss. Anyway, he's got a 62 Catalina that he has some friends fixing up so that his adventure this year requires less frequent use of tools.

Welcome and hope to meet you on the Tour.
It's not the destination, but the journey and the friends you make along the way that counts.

Nick Welcome to you and your wife.

But you really need to watch yourself.

                              You have been warned!

You will find the Power Tour very ADDICTIVE. :o

It will consume all of you time planning for the next year.
