Things I am pondering today

Heard from the shippers. The earliest appointment to deliver is Tuesday between noon and four. That works OK for me with my work schedule. Otherwise, they could just drop it off whenever if you sign off on it. But from the sound of it, I definitely want to inspect it before signing anything. Also don't want them leaving it out in the street or something. Just have to get it off the pallet and onto a cart. Won't make greaserama tomorrow but might make the Ottawa show on the 15th. Trying to remember if I used four jack stands last time or only two. Maybe just max out the air shocks. Only have one gallon of ATF so far. Gonna need more for a dry transmission. Gotta hurry on this before-too late, already too old to feel like it.

Tracking on ebay says it made it to KC by noon today. But its a holiday weekend, so... Labor Day is BS. Have had to work every one for the last ten years or so. Do get holiday pay though. Free Showtime this weekend but just old stuff as usual. Going to Greaserama after work tomorrow. Starts at noon. Gotta remember my hat and SPFs/umbrella depending on the weather.

No. The last few years it is at the Platte Co. fairgrounds near Tracy, MO. Said they needed more room.

Pondering why we need 4+ inches of rain today..... Oh well, the sidewalk replacement job is done.... Hopefully the rain will end before the weekend is over....
