NASCAR has become SO boring. Now I hope the SPEED channel will wake up to this and start showing more diverse programming like they used to. World Rally, nostalgia drags, Pikes Peak and similar hill climbs. The current line up of NASCAR and continuous repeats of PINKS and that boring tow truck show. COME ON SPEED CHANNEL! I pay extra to have you in my cable package and you're delivering CRAP!

If I remember right, NASCAR has ownership in Speed. Remember the show "Pit Bulls"? It was a talk show on Speed that used to point out the issues with NASCAR racing. The Frances did not like it, so they bought ownership into Speed and had the show cancelled.

Precisely the reason I'm dropping the package that includes SPEED when my subscription comes up at the end of November. I'm better off watching motorsports on YouTube.

NASCAR is dying....all there is to it. I will go down to any dirt track on any given Saturday night and be infinitely more entertained...say what you will about the "class" of crowd if draws. AT LEAST it's still real racing without any BS. This isn't even a matter of guys with huge money ruining the sport. It's about pussy rules and regulations coupled with racing politics.

With that said is there any motorsports coverage on TV that really draws you in nowadays? I used to love watching WRC but it's now gone, NHRA coverage on ESPN does nothing for me, haven't watched a NASCAR race in 2 years....about the only thing that catches my attention is SCORE off road racing that you may seldom stumble across on HD Theatre or an NTPA event on the RFDTV.

600lbs actually. Ford says that their WRC car weighs in at 2800lbs race weight. Stock cars are 3400 right?

what the engine set back rule on these wonders..
out brake.. put brakes hat fit inside a 15" wheel on those "wonders and we'll see..
your talking apples and oranges..
drop the manual and 358 in one of those wrc cars and see what happens (if they'd even fit)
