I don't know if you can read it (still has the transfer paper on them) but it's "FORUM FREAKS 2008 Tour CarJunkieTV.com". They're vintage (or maybe just old junk....)

Old junk? Half of the power tour cars here were on the 2008 PT! That was the year the artwork was voted on and it's been around every since...........
