well at least my folks have a place in FL so I can get a couple doses of sun in the winter....
I scored a cleanburn waste oil furnace on ebay a few years back - it's cheap enough to run that I don't feel guilty keeping the shop warm when I'm in there... something toasty about 185k btu's in a 1500ft^2 shop
Go back a page or so and see Dan Stokes' post about his '68 Camaro -- read it -- then ask him if HE was at the controls when the car got all the way past 100. And don't let him tell you that the tires will last forever -- since I know for certain that the tires will light up (okay, groan under protest) with some judicious brake-torquing.
Dan, don't be so modest. Tell everyone who's got the fastest time at Maxton in the car. (Hint: The driver was wearing a pink flamingo-feathered helmet).
These motorcycle guys don't know s#it from applebutter! It's a '78, as you'd think my hired pilot would know. Actually, I think Jon's wife has the fastest time in the car so far. I STILL can't figure out what they're doing differently from me - being bike folks, I'm guessing that they can tuck better than I do. It's fun, in any case. I have to rework the cage this winter just to get his lanky legs in there.
