    Any Way To Batch Delete PMs?

    If someone has asked this question I couldn't find the entry. Sorry if it's a repeat.

    I got the message that my PM folder is full. I can happily delete much of it but I can't find a way to batch delete. The only way that I can make it work is to open each message individually and go thru the "delete" process - which will take forever. Any suggestions?

    If you administrators can dump 'em - go for it. Maybe save the most current page.

    the limit is said to be 1000 pm's you got more than that..

      Shouldn't you be asking a doctor about this? Or you could move into a house on your own.

        Dan I cleaned house 50 at a time - select all at the top - then delete all selected at the bottom.
        A bit tedious - but I goterdun.
        There's always something new to learn.

            We reset the limit at 1000 days ago, but some people are still seeing 50. We are not sure, but are trying to figure it out. We did reset it for even higher, way higher, yesterday, but we're not sure that is working either. Let us know if you still are getting errors.

              Everybody's a comedian! Notice I typed PMs - capital P and M, lower case s. Just to attempt to keep the amateur comedians at bay. Guess I shouldn't have bothered.

                    John, you got me on the right path. After I selected all on a page my system gives a tab at the bottom that says "messages". I clicked that and it lead to a drop down menu with "delete" as an option. Select that and then click "proceed" at the bottom of the drop down menu and it gets the job done. I'd have done it sooner but I couldn't find the path.

                      Nice work Dan - all I could remember was where the commands were on the sheet, my brain is getting worse with specifics and details.
