David, if you can get to a boneyard, you can get measurements from a console shift car, and maybe the console and factory shifter too. There were a ton of Old's and Pontiacs that had consoles. You might try looking for an LS Monte as well. Save your parts if you change it, you'll hear some guys on here now lamenting the parts they changed and got rid of the originals, as they now want to put it back the way it was.Flying south, with a flock of bird dogs.
