I bet it would work..... and be better than regular filler too.... I had some sealing up the nitrous spray bars under my quadrajet...for 12 yrs, no problems....

i could tell you how we did it on the X body we raced at the dirt track but that requires pop rivets and cutting the roof off but you prolly wont like that idea LOL

I think Id put a piece of metel behind it so I had something else to weld to...unless it's gonna be a show car
