    you can start with this
Chevrolet Performance Parts fuels the passion of automotive enthusiasts by offering crate engines, transmissions, blocks, and parts for project cars.

There are some bits out there and all engines respond to "more air in - more exhaust out" kind of mods. GMPP does make a blower (not turbo) set-up for some of the body styles but I don't know if it'll squeeze into a Cav. It's a pricey kit, though. I looked into this a bit for my wife's HHR but I really want a turbo w/warranty and so far nothing from GMPP. Please step away from the Fart Can......

Probably 20 HP, $150 bucks - add a little tubing and engineering.

HP Tuners will let you do some tuning, ditch the cat and put on an open exhaust is going to be worth a little. Get some adjustable cam gears, and a new intake & filter, if you're working at it you'll find a little power.

But what spidey says is right, if it's a little bump in quick power you're looking for - a 75-hit of nitrous on there will be safe and fun(ny).

I have a friend that Supercharged his Ecotec in his soltice. He was pushing 350 rwhp and drove it every day. Till he traded for an SRT 10 pickup.
