        Re: spiff's new project

Should have the seats back by then end of the month. Then finish the interior. Pull it apart for paint, suspension, and underhood detail.
Over the winter, building a .060 413 ( 426 cubes) Should be a good runner.

I can't wait to get it painted and see this color out in the sun.

VERY cool. Is that the "correct" fabric or just close? Either way, it looks great.

Those seats look really nice. Are you stitching these together yourself or did you find factory covers from somewhere?

This car is really going to be something when you're done with it - for those of us stuck in winter hybernation -I really appreciate seeing the progress others are making in spite of the weather.

Thanks again for taking us along for the ride.

Had them send to an upholstery shop. They had material that looked period correct, so we went with that. It's actually the fabric thats on the door panel in the pic.
The car is at FURYJIM'S house. I plan on making a trip down there this weekend( it's two hrs away) hopefully we can get some more progress done. But since we just got about a foot of snow this morning and more to come saturday, that may not happen.
