What's your preferred seam sealer? Do you like to use the brush on stuff or the stuff that's more like thick caulk?
I ended up completely seal welding the floors in the 62 falcon - I don't think I need to do that on the 64??? I'm thinking stitch/plug weld then seam sealer, etch primer and paint.
How's the firewall coming along? I can't recall if you did the wheel barrow trick or not.
There's always something new to learn.

I like the 3m caulk tube type. I wet down a small paint brush to smooth it, or spread it out if needed.
I didn't need to do any clearance work in the firewall. The engine sets back where the front spark plug is dead center of the wheel spindle. In that position, I have about 1" of clearance to the rear bowl of the rear carb, and more than an inch between the distributor, and the original firewall recess.HRPT LH- 09,10,11,12
