Although highly frowned upon near the southern end of Woodward, sometimes things happen up north on the "Loop" in Pontiac

Mike and Donna when you come out this way for your daughter you should swing by Volo Auto Museum! They have the original along with many other cool movie cars done bye GEORGE BARRIS. (kinda a private collection of his stuff)

They also have a large collection of Muscle and Classic Cars there too

IN FACT EVERYTHING THERE IS FOR SALE!!!!!!!

Maybe we should do a group trip up there with a BBQ at my house (less than 5 miles from the museum 15-20 miles from great lakes navel)

Volo is great, but you need more than a few hours to see the whole place. They also have antique shops for the collectors...I saw Mr. Norm there a few years ago..
