all the ones from the stores round here look like a monkey with a sawzall went ape on it the cross members were all hacked out of them leaving just the front and rear ones
friend went to buy two at i think $600 each the cut up frames just make a build "easyer" lol

S-10 too narrow...that's the only awkward thing about it. Full-size frames (newer ones) are too wide. However so much aftermarket stuff is available you can easily "clip" the stock frame. However, I think that someday the ones that got left with the straight-axle may be the coolest...

First its a pre 74 vehicle, NEVER had a title.
Second, if its hasnt been regged in seven years, the records are purged
So, down ya go to dmv on a friday just before closing with a tear in ya eye about loosing all the paperwork during the flood, especially after spending 10 years on the restoration. they guy you bought it from has passed, has no heirs,

s10 frames are the way to go under these. I have a friend who did an s10 frame under his.... it really did almost fall into the truck.... very low impact mod. As for width - you'd be surprised how close full size 50s trucks are to "mini" trucks of today (dimensionally speaking).
