    Holley - Shutting down Hilborn

I'm sure I am the last to know but I just read that Holley who purchased Hilborn in 2019 is shutting it's doors!
Cha Ching for those of you that have piles of old stuff in your attic - surely this wouldn't include Dave!

Well when you have no sales , you close the doors at some point .
I do wonder if they will just make a holley efi retro set up out of it under the holley name , later for the show car end..

I've always admired the niche manufacturers but, even with Holley money behind them, you either innovate or die. I appreciate that Holley didn't dilute the history of who they were - it would have been pretty easy to rebrand old tech efi as "hilborn" ... (e.g. what Ford did to the Mustang)...

Sad to see them go. I wonder if some enterprising individual will pick up on spare parts, servicing, etc?

Highly doubt it. More likely, hold brand property and enjoy legacy residuals.

            f…ing sad.
