I hate to admit having done something similar when I was 15, understimating the ground clearance of a vega going over railroad tracks. Ooooops. Cost me 20.00 and scared the living shit out of me. Life lesson learned.

Hahaha, love it! I saw a guy in a 4th gen camaro do something similar leaving a gas station once. He just floored it until it finally scraped its way all the way across tires smoking the whole time. That was a good laugh.

There's no way I could do that in my 4th generation, I can't even park the nose over a parking curb without hitting it, but driving completely over it would take out my air dam that directs air up to the radiator, my headers, my trany pan, the crossmemeber for my torque arm and maybe my muffler to.........Ya I'd be F'd.........

Yeah, this one was all stock z28, he totally missed the normal exit and drove it over the curb that followed the perimeter of the lot, he was going fast enough to jump the front tires, then he stops and figures out what he has done, then proceeds to give it hell until he made it all the way across. It was a horrible sound for sure.
