glad spider is feeling well.

I drank heavy water or something. that was the diagnosis. "too much water intake".
I sure as heck know how much water I drink.. must be the magic expanding water. Special treat for central maine, randomly.

If you are border line dehydrated you can make it worse by drinking a lot of water. It will start flushing electrolytes out your system causing even.lower sodium and potassium levels.
