Well, one of the two from earlier worked this time. I don't have a clue why.

Got the doors picked up. One of them mostly installed.

That one was a bit stressful solo-on the gravel. hopefully the other one will be in (undamaged) tomorrow.

My previous post has had a photo deleted. WHY?!?

It's been increasingly difficult to get photos to post, now they are being deleted once posted.

        I was experiencing this before......
Changed my password and it seemed to help. ?????

Also found a Program Glitch in using certain phrases and numbers in sequence. Pointed out to the moderator.

            Nothing exciting going on here.
I took the holiday weekend off.

I've done some soffit and fascia work, hung some lights and ceiling fans, installed ledgers for eyebrow roof over the garage doors and a lean to on the front side.
Today I made the mini trusses for the garage doors.
I'm still waiting on the power company to get the ball rolling on my new service.

            I still can't upload photos

On the photos: I host 'em on my desktop computer (MAC Mini) so I have complete control. My methods are in the thread on posting pics in, IIRC, General. Works for me.

I just tried to load 4 photos. All but one gave me a message of you are blocked for your actions your actions on BS.

Ironically, this is the photo that uploaded and disappeared before.

my computer and browser are up to date and I have scanned with 2 different virus programs.
I've used a VPN to mask my IP address, and I keep getting the non sensical error.
My phone seems to be allowed to post, except the photos are too large there. I don't (won't) play internet on a phone.
I believe it's something on my end, but the message is meaningless.

I'm a big fan fan! I have one in my shop and in the cool weather it sends a column of hot air down from the upper area and into the work space. I leave it off in hot weather and let my AC unit do its best at work level.

My shop in VA was also tall. It had heat but no a/c. wintertime had the upstairs too warm to work if downstairs was above 55 degrees.
this building is more open, so I hope the fans help.
I don't plan on A/c here either, but things can change. I hate keeping all of the dust/grit trapped in a closed shop....I also hate to sweat profusely

Now that’s a shop! Like the BIG fans. Wish I had room for something like that.

                          THANKS!

I hope this do this building justice.
I have the c-10 to finish up, a '64 suburban w/ factory 4x4, and a 64 falcon sedan delivery to make at least road worthy....hopefully better.

I hope the smaller end will fund at least part of the adventures in the fun end. Click image for larger version

We're moving pretty slow but still moving. I'm prepping for a road trip.

Now that the building is lockable, with one working overhead door and the other installed (without the horizontal track), I'm mostly waiting on electricity so I can see inside this cave.

I did install soffit lights in the awning.

Tomorrow, brakes/oil change on the truck inside the shop, on the new concrete!

                                Thanks Cap'n!

                                Not a big trip really.
I'm running up to IN to drop my wife off at her sister's, and I'm going to the James Dean and Duck Tail car shows and hanging out with my cousin.

I enjoy the swap meet, and I need a bit of time away from the monster I've created .

It was nice to get some vehicle maintenance done on a concrete floor instead of in my gravel driveway on the hill!
