  • Id bring note pad a pen and write down bunch of stuff as you wont remember it all few hours later. If he has any headers he wants to sell. I already have split exhuast but headers would work. Also I dont need but rather run a sprint balancer. Good luck keep us posted

      • I need to track down a balancer too. One of the SBC balancers works for the 250 but I don't know which. I'll need an SFI balancer and flexplate.

        • internal or external balance... I have one from a 400 and one from a 350...

            • I just got a set of forged pistons, some rebuilt rods with arp bolts, a high quality intake/exhaust gasket, a beat distributor I can cut up for an oil pump drive (like Gary Hart's), a cam housing with a good used 1bbl cam and matching followers and lash adjusters And a pile of information. I'm pretty stoked!

              I'm looking at a '69 Firebird on December 3rd. If I buy it (likely..) that will be it's home.

                  I lost my AAA card on Drag Week but fortunately I remembered to call and get a new one, it showed up two weeks ago Ready to go!

                    Oh I like! something other than a belly button motor in a firebird= badasser
