This is a 7/16 I modified once upon a time to tighten header bolts. It worked, but would work better is the head was angled 15 degrees or so.
Went to Sear and bought a swivel socket, which I think can be used from the top. Going in low, while it does work, is not something you would want to try with a hot engine. haha
actually, I've done that to replace a oil sender.... fixed the hole too ;D with a slightly larger piece of 24 ga galv (don't want it to rust) and a boatload of silicone to hold it in place long enough to sell the car. ;D
I am disappointed in that wrench, you really needed to make it swivel where the weld is :P
I guarantee that silicone/galvanized patch is still holding........I silicone/steel patched the heater outlet holes on the engine in my sandrail (one in avatar) about 10 years ago and it is still holding fine.
You would also be amazed at the amount of silicone in the average luxury boat. Never realized just how expensive silicone became once you attached it to something that floats :o !
Of all the paths you take in life - make sure a few of them are dirt.
Brakes are bled! It's all ready to take to the new house. Unless I figure out a way to alter the space-time continuum, I won't be able to start it before moving. Boo, but I am so excited about the new house. Can't wait.
