As a kid...like, 12 (in the early '70s)...we did a bus-tour of Northern Europe...Mom wanted to see the USSR and this was an unusual tour plan which included that. Most nights there was a hotel stay and everyone had to be in at bedtime but there was a ferry ride from Stockholm to Helsinki where the organization was looser, I stayed on deck well past midnight with the sun just below the horizon. So amazing, will never forget it....Comment
