That's a quote from the weatherman...a good one but he wasn't here in 1994, I was. Glad to be in my own house this time. In '94 the city wasn't ready for it and everything was shut down for a week. The only ones out were the ones with 4wd. This time the city was ready for it but schools have been closed all week. Why go back to school on a Friday, it would be a waste of time, imo....record shattering temperatures....hasn't been this cold since 1994...
