It's just barely snow. The outside air temp is 31. I'd rather have rain though.

It even gets cold in Southern California... Light dusting on Friday. Didnt keep us from working. It was a little slippery for the smoothies on the forklift though.

I'm a Land Surveyor. The stuff we are doing right now requires us to see objects and utility markings etc. on the ground. It's a little tough to do when the ground is covered in snow. Too easy to miss something important, so it's not worth it.

Nothing like sleeping in a carry-all! I was a rod man one summer, party cheif said I was the only person he has ever seen sharpen a hub with an #8 hammer

Hubs.... never sharpened one but I have certainly exploded my share.... We do not do much construction staking. They nickle and dime you and the liability is pretty high.
