I've had bar bills bigger than that, and at least with that little car I could remember some of the fun. I vote for Stiney to buy it.

If the car looks anywhere near as good as it as it does in the pics, that's a bargain. It should be serious fun!

                    After the other battle, yep.

And its Friday.....getting ready for a complete business system changover next week......I'm wiped out.

Cool car though! And thanks, now I can show my wife how valuable they are, even when they are shy 2 cylinders!

valuable? 10k spent, selling for $3800 - ummm, you don't do books or anything for a living, do you?

Value is relative. In my case - I usually compare my buy-in cost to scrap value.

I'll not dwell on the 10K spent part....just the $3800, and compare to my current total expenditures.

                        Cee, i kan ad knumbers!

After all these years I've learned to TRY to be on the $3800 end of the funnel. Not always successful and the LSR Diesel S-10 is proof.

Wonder why he didn't just use factory parts and put a 215 v-8 in it. Any one now how to tell if a TR7 had a V8 from the factory ? They called them TR8 .

231 ci vs. 215 ci? no substitute for displacement
