So we did some cruising, shows and racing over the 4th of July weekend. Total mileage was somewhere in the neighborhood of 225, all done on the new Hoosiers. I must say, these things drive 1000X's better than the ET Streets ever did. On the highway at 65-70 mph they didn't grab ruts or sway at all! Picked up almost a tenth in the 60' with less of a burnout.

Jus' got through reading the thread. Good stuff, I absolutely remember the car from back in the day. West Colfax and Bandimere. Was there another car other than the Chevelle running around with the BAMF plate? Seems I remember something else with that personal plate. Good story, thanks for the history!
