I remember this problem for a very very long time local. then when the flourescent pcb baby killers took over, that made it even worse...
Very very annoying. stainless pieces on the ceiling useless forever. I bet it is in the millions.
This does not work with a hot bulb. If the circuit was the old flourescent, you don't want to heat the pcb soak above it..that is a killer. This bulb is one of those eco green curly Q looking low watt energy savers. Cold bulb.
