Sick Week Is Getting BRUTAL. Greasy Track, Broken Cars, Sketchy Runs And More. And It’s Just Day 2!

Sick Week 2024 is upon us and the official first two days of racing are now in the books. But they were NOT without drama as we saw some seriously sketchy runs, including Cleetus nearly wiping out Mullet when it wouldn’t stop before the sand/mud traps at Orlando Speed World. Then Day 2 brought a slick track and lots of carnage which means broken race cars everywhere. Plenty of folks were in the same boat and had some wild rides. Check out the action below and if you missed the previous videos we’ve got a link for that too.

It’s winter in Florida and that means it is time for Sick Week 2024, the first Drag and Drive event of the year. This event is always a good time, features some great heavy hitters, and is a destination for many who are trying to run away from cold weather wherever they live. This year is something special because one of the veteran’s of Drag and Drive, Jeff Lutz, is back on the road and ready to have some fun. He’s already showed off in testing, so we’re sure he’ll be a force to be reckoned with all week long.

Here’s another video from 1320 sharing the action with us all week.

Video Description:

Sick Week Day 2 brings on the hardships for these racers. Not only were there some troubles on the road, but the real troubles were at the track. Plenty of cars breaking during their runs and those who did run successfully had a hell of a time doing so. Many of the big power cars made pass after pass trying to get a clean run. We hope tomorrow some good luck comes their way!
