A few of the coolest drag strips I’ve ever visited also happen to be pretty sketchy. That doesn’t mean I want to make a pass down them, but it also doesn’t mean I won’t. What makes me laugh about these places is often the thought of how they first got started. I’ve been to tracks that were made in farm fields, orchards, and parking lots, but this one in New York, at what looks to be a taxiway of a small airport, is as sketchy most. We’ve officially made it to New York, the furthest east 1320video has been for an event in the USA. We made the trip for a little no prep race called “Star Spangled Shootout” and we did not leave disappointed. There were a lot of cars that entered, none of which were slouches and most of them have never been on the channel!
