Watching F1 racing this year has been nothing compared to the absolute trainwreck of behind-the-scenes activities of teams. First Caterham imploded, then Marussia followed suit. While Caterham went the Kickstarter route, Marussia took the easy way out and folded, and now the team’s assets are going up for auction. Over the course of two auctions hosted by CA Global Partners (December 16-17 and January 23), all of the team’s goods will be sent home with the highest bidder, from fire suits all the way up to engineless cars. Machining tools, body panels by the rack load, and even the team’s transport trucks will be hammered off to new homes. I find ALL stick and ball sports boring children’s games, If you just sit in the stands Drag Racing too is a bore. All motor sports are boring if you have no clue of what you are watching.
F1 require’s the fan to educate them self about the sport before they can understand what they are watching.
The more one learns of F1 and it’s history the better the events become. Yes being an F1 fan does require effort on the part of the fan.
