It was an action packed weekend for sure, with new cars, new people, killer performances, and a lot of fun. There were quite a few surprises as well, and everyone in attendance was having a great time. Optima’s Search for the Ultimate Street Car is one of those event series that you just can’t get enough of, and that will wear you out because of the non-stop on-track action. Everyone had their tongues hanging out by the time the awards were handed out, that’s for sure. But it was all worth it, because for the guys chasing points this is a big deal since Michigan is one of three Double Points events this year.
