With these new bolt-on replacement headers, the best-selling vehicle in America gets a noticeable improvement in power and efficiency thanks to a less restrictive exhaust system, all without affecting the truck’s emissions status.

Hedman’s “shorty” headers are engineered to maximize exhaust flow while maintaining a low profile and the factory catalytic converter locations. 50-state legal under C.A.R.B. E.O.# D-167-32 and classified as a direct replacement for the factory exhaust manifolds, these headers are anything but stock, and will significantly improve the torque and performance of your F-Series pickup. Hedman’s F-Series headers feature bullet-proof 3/8-inch flanges and thick 16-gauge, 1 1/2-inch diameter mandrel bent primary tubes.
