Mechanical Fuel Injection is bad ass. There isn’t much cooler looking than all those stacks on a naturally aspirated setup, or an injector hat on a blower. Sure they are finicky and hard to tune, but people say the same thing about EFI. So we don’t care whether this setup is a smart idea or not, we just care that it looks bitchin and we’d love to have a car to bolt it onto. We have plenty of mechanical injection buddies that can give us lessons and help us tune it. This one is a little special, because it’s a near mint condition Hilborn intake and throttle bodies for a Small Block Chevrolet, but with Milodon stacks. We love the staggered or splayed stacks. And we aren’t picky as to who’s system it is, because they were all cool as hell and had their own looks. Hilborn, Kinsler, Crower, they are all bitchin in our book.
