Did you think we’d only shoot a handful of photos of action for one day at NMCA? Surely, you jest! As of writing, we still don’t know how many cars are on the property outside of the Nostalgia classes, where fifty of the most legendary nameplates are doing battle for the crown. We’re talking Max Wedge Mopars versus Z-16 Chevelles, and that’s one slice of what’s all going down at the 2016 NMCA Bluegrass Nationals at Beech Bend Raceway. The weather is gorgeous, the temperatures have dropped ten degrees since Friday’s Test and Tune sessions and first-round qualifications, and as you read this teams will be thrashing for every possible advantage they can find so that they can make it through to the final round. We are on-site covering the action and will be snapping photos until our camera fills up or we drop…or until the event is over, whatever happens first! We are going to keep an eye on this Mercury Cyclone Spoiler…trust us, it’s prettier and faster in person.
