Admittedly, a standard cab dually is not the most functional truck you could possibly buy but they sure do look damn cool. This 1977 Chevrolet Dually in particular is not only 1970’s perfection but also a ONE OWNER truck with just over 62,000 miles on it. That’s probably the coolest part about it actually. Well that and the 454, Turbo 400, etc. This sucker will pull a house, and would look great pulling an old school Goldrush dragster trailer. If it was a crew cab we think there would be a bidding war on this thing, but it is going to take a special kind of hard core hot rodder or trailer puller to want this standard cab model. We do of course, but like most days we have neither the money or space to make it happen. Someone get it. It’s awesome!
Here is what the seller has to say about it:

Nice, But I own a 1997 Chevy Extended Cab Dually, 39, 886 original miles, I bought from a friend of mine 5 years ago with 29.000 original miles on it. He bought it brand new from A and Z Chevrolet, Pittsburgh Pa. They are gone now, but the truck is better than new. 454, auto, air, leather, power everything.. Pulls my 55 around like nothing. Its also 4 WD.
Cali used to have tons of these running around during the 1990’s. Many were slammed, even so much the trailer hitch came out the middle of the tailgate.
That air cleaner lid flipped upside down was the first thing a 16 year old boy did when getting the keys to dad’s truck.
What’s wrong with flipping the lid? I do it on my 75. Gotta love q-jet noise. Just to lazy to buy an open element air cleaner for it.
And hopefully he remembers to flip the air cleaner lid back over before going home. In my case it was Dad’s 1973, 307 powered Nova.
I hate those ridiculous hub caps. You’re not fooling anyone.
I dig it…but those hub caps have got to go. I would love it more if it was a 4X4…
Finnegan from RoadKill has almost the perfect combo: a BBC, crew cab, ramp truck with AC….just missing the 4X4
They are out there, I recently picked up a one owner very very clean square body V3500 crew with only 42k and single rear wheel. Fully loaded.
Love these trucks.
Needs tune up = burnt valve.
