We’ve Lost A BANGshift Family Member: RIP Dominic “Nick” J. Spinelli Of Chris Alston’s Chassisworks

It is with great sadness, and our deepest condolences, that we bring you the news that Chris Alston’s Chassisworks East Coast Sales Rep Nick Spinelli has passed away. Nick was a veteran of the automotive high performance aftermarket and is known and loved by many in the industry. Our thoughts and prayers are with Nick’s family, friends, and all of those at Chris Alston’s Chassisworks. At 52, Nick was way too young.

Dominic Joseph “Nick” Spinelli, 52, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at his home.

Born March 2, 1965, in Hollywood, Florida, he was the son of Margo Donna (Rosa) Spinelli, of Milford, MI and the late Vincent Lewis Spinelli.

Nick was a graduate of Miramar High School.

He worked for over 37 years in building high performance cars. Nick previously worked for Ralph and Dick’s Garage with his cousin, Louis Petrone; Russ Automotive for Russ Barfield; Head’s by Rick for Rick and Ann Rapp; Steeda Automotive for Dario; and Diablo Sport. Nick was currently the East Coast sales rep for Chris Alston’s Chassisworks.

Nick was a member of the National Rifle Association. He was an avid Miami Dolphins fan. He enjoyed cooking, reading, and discussing politics. His biggest joy in life was spending time with his daughter, Isabella Jane Spinelli.

In addition to his daughter and mother, Nick is also survived by his sister, Donna Sesto of Pembroke Pines, FL., her two sons, Jimmy and Bob Sesto of Pembroke Pines, FL; his brother, Vincent L. Spinelli, Jr. and his wife Kimmy, and their daughter, Gianna Spinelli of Brighton, MI. Nick also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, Inc. with Deacon William Nairn officiating. Inturnment will be private and held at a later date in Rest Haven Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and again for refreshments following the service.

Memorial contributions may be made in Nick’s name to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 100 Painter’s Mill Rd., Suite 800, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
