(Photos: Chad Reynolds) We are back with more coverage from the PRI Show in Indianapolis. PRI is, in short, SEMA with all of the gingerbread, wheel companies, and brodozers left out in the cold. Instead, it’s everything you could possibly want or need to know in order to either make some serious gains or haul some serious ass for the next racing season. It is a place where the racer, manufacturer, builder and media get together and hammer out what is going to go down for the next season. After two years of going, this year I was out as Brian and Chad were on the ground…and I’m not kidding in the least when I say that the entire time the show was going on I was seriously contemplating driving up to Indy just to roam around for a bit.
What did I miss more…the machinery row that would leave shops drooling for the latest and greatest in tools and equipment? That’s always a good time. Maybe it’s the occasional blast of nitrous as another intake manifold is levitated for a few seconds. That can’t be it either…
