We’ve finally come to the end of the coverage of the Danchuk Tri-Five Nationals, held at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The celebration of all things Chevrolet from when American optimism was sky-high and racing towards the stars has to end somewhere, but make no mistake, it will return. How do we know that for sure? Allow me a confession: the event is two days long. I was there for most of one day and left early to handle other business. We’ve had several galleries of photos, and I didn’t even scratch the surface of what truly was on the property. That, folks, is how many Chevrolets were on the property. Some trucks, some Corvettes, but tons and tons of 1955-57 Chevrolets were present and accounted for. If you have any kind of appreciation for one of the most iconic American vehicles ever put together, this show needs to be on your calendar. Until next year…
