We’re at the Goodguys Del Mar Nationals enjoying amazing sunny SoCal weather, and a boat load of bitchin hot rods while I announce and Daphne runs the computer at the Goodguys Autocross. Day one was awesome, and drama filled as the battle for Autocross supremacy is already in full swing. Meanwhile, Cole was out snapping photos for the gallery below so you guys can see what you are missing. We’ll have more from Saturday and Sunday as well, so stay tuned to check out those galleries as well.

On the autocross the battle for the lead in the Pro Class is currently between “Fast” Mary Pozzi and Scott Fraser in a classic battle of Chevy vs Ford. In the Street Machine Class you’ve got Jane Thurmond and Casey Cronin trading the lead back and forth. Wes Drelleshak is leading the Truck Class, despite fuel tank issues that have them thrashing on it tonight, and Dennis Russell is your leader in Hot Rod.
