NHRA’s 2019 Season Kicked Off With Torrence, Hight, And Enders Taking The Top Spots So Far

It’s that time of year again. NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing has started here in Pomona for the Winternationals. With lots of snow on the mountains in the background, the best of the best on track, and performances that will set the groundwork for all of the 2019 racing season, there is no doubt that every drag racing fan around is paying attention. Pomona is known for being the home of NHRA Drag Racing and for being the start and end to the season, and while the results may not indicate just how the rest of the season will play out, it certainly is a great way to get in the head of your fellow competitors if you can come out and send a message. Torrence, Hight, and Enders are all hoping that the message they sent after Friday’s qualifying will resonate all the way through Saturday’s qualifying and Sunday’s eliminations rounds.

Below you can watch each of their runs and see just how awesome these performances were. We can’t wait to see just how the rest of the weekend plays out, but like you we’ll just have to.
