You find the weirdest stuff for sale on Facebook, Craigslist, and eBay sometimes. I mean who expects to find a tunnel ram for an AMC engine? And when you do, who in their right mind is putting a pair of 1050 Holley Dominators on it? Have you ever seen an AMC engine that needed TWO Dominators? I certainly haven’t, but I want to! I’m not sure I’ve ever actually seen a tunnel ram on any AMC engine for that matter.
Apparently this Edelbock tunnel ram for the AMC is super rare now. The UR-18 and UR-11 are the two Edelbrock part numbers for AMC Tunnel Rams and are as rare as hen’s teeth. There is no wonder the price tag on this one is $4,000. When looking up info on this one, we found all kinds of forum posts and such where folks are talking about these hard to find pieces. I dig the fact that we could find some of this info and share such a cool speed part.
Check this setup out below. It’s pretty rad.

4k…he’s crazy
4k for a polished ur-18 with two dominators is about right, LOL.
The number of these produced was recently estimated to be between 50 and 100 from back in the early 70’s. They are rare, and a expensive. Several AMC’s have been using these and work very well!
