When Mike Powers sent me the link to this one, I knew it was going to be good. Whoever buys this will certainly get seen, and will be the only guy on their block driving one, because how many Chrysler LeBaron Pro Street cars were built? My guess is not many. Unfortunately the person selling this one doesn’t know you should take photos with your phone sideways unless taking a picture of a person. But you can still check it out and see that this sucker has a lot going on and was built by someone pretty serious. We’d buy it and get it ready for Rocky Mountain Race Week or Drag Week. I mean why not? This thing is a really good deal based on the parts listed below.
After all it’s a 500 inch Chrysler Wedge motor with a billet crank, all the good stuff inside, more good outside, and tons of great parts on the Art Morrison Super Car Chassis that it was built from. The 8.50 Cert is not current, but we can’t imagine it would require anything but a new inspection. With the light weight of this thing we think we’d make some updates and make it run in the 7’s and have some fun. What do you think?
