The fact that this 1969 Corvette has all the right chassis work, and it is all wrapped in a relatively stock looking shell, makes me love it. And I mean LOVE it. Sure I wish the dash and console looked a bit more stock, and in my dream world the hood would be a bit shorter, but otherwise it’s mint. The color, original Butternut Yellow in basecoat clearcoat, is awesome in its understatement. The interior is race but with a nod to the factory since it has the stock door panels in it and the seats have been done in the stock style upholstery as well. The fact that it has a 700 horsepower big block in it, which presumably has good parts in it, means that it is only a touch of NOS nitrous away from going way quicker than the 8.50 cert will allow. This thing really is great, and according to the seller it runs great in traffic without getting hot! Sounds like a great cruiser and racer to me!
